1 ܫܳܐܘܳܠ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܨܳܒ݂ܶܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܘܰܡܫܰܘܬ݁ܰܦ݂
ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܒ݁ܩܶܛܠܶܗ ܘܰܗܘܳܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܒ݁ܗܰܘ ܝܰܘܡܳܐ ܪܕ݂ܽܘܦ݂ܝܳܐ ܪܰܒ݁ܳܐ ܠܥܺܕ݈݁ܬ݁ܳܐ
ܕ݁ܒ݂ܽܐܘܪܺܫܠܶܡ ܘܶܐܬ݂ܒ݁ܰܕ݁ܰܪܘ ܟ݁ܽܠܗܽܘܢ ܒ݁ܩܽܘܪܝܳܐ ܕ݁ܺܝܗܽܘܕ݂ ܘܳܐܦ݂ ܒ݁ܶܝܬ݂ ܫܳܡܪܳܝܶܐ
ܠܒ݂ܰܪ ܡܶܢ ܫܠܺܝܚܶܐ ܒ݁ܰܠܚܽܘܕ݂܂

;And Saul was consenting and participating in his death. And there was, in that day, a great persecution against the church that was at Jerusalem
.and they were all dispersed, except the legates, among the villages of Judaea and likewise among the Samaritans
2 ܘܰܩܦ݂ܰܣܘ ܩܰܒ݂ܪܽܘܗ݈ܝ ܠܶܐܣܛܶܦ݂ܰܢܳܘܣ
ܓ݁ܰܒ݂ܪܶܐ ܡܗܰܝܡܢܶܐ ܘܶܐܬ݂ܶܐܒ݂ܶܠܘ ܥܠܰܘܗ݈ܝ ܪܰܘܪܒ݂ܳܐܝܺܬ݂܂

.And believing men gathered up and buried Stephen. And they lamented over him greatly
3 ܫܳܐܘܳܠ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ
ܪܳܕ݂ܶܦ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܠܥܺܕ݈݁ܬ݁ܶܗ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ ܟ݁ܰܕ݂ ܥܳܐܶܠ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܠܒ݂ܳܬ݁ܶܐ ܘܰܡܓ݂ܰܪܓ݁ܰܪ
ܠܓ݂ܰܒ݂ܪܶܐ ܘܰܠܢܶܫܶܐ ܘܰܡܫܰܠܡܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܠܒ݂ܶܝܬ݂ ܐܰܣܺܝܪܶܐ܂

.And Saul persecuted the church of God, entering houses, and dragging forth men and women and committing them to prison
4 ܘܗܳܢܽܘܢ
ܕ݁ܶܐܬ݂ܒ݁ܰܕ݁ܰܪܘ ܡܶܬ݂ܟ݁ܰܪܟ݁ܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܘܡܰܟ݂ܪܙܺܝܢ ܡܶܠܬ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ܂

.And they who were dispersed, travelled about and preached the word of God
5 ܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܢܚܶܬ݂ ܠܶܗ ܠܰܡܕ݂ܺܝܢ݈ܬ݁ܳܐ ܕ݁ܫܳܡܪܳܝܶܐ ܘܡܰܟ݂ܪܶܙ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ
ܠܗܽܘܢ ܥܰܠ ܡܫܺܝܚܳܐ܂

.And Philip went down to a city of the Samaritans, and preached concerning the Messiah
6 ܘܟ݂ܰܕ݂ ܫܳܡܥܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܡܶܠܬ݂ܶܗ ܒ݁ܢܰܝܢܳܫܳܐ ܕ݁ܬ݂ܰܡܳܢ
ܨܳܝܬ݁ܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܠܶܗ ܘܡܶܬ݁ܛܦ݁ܺܝܣܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܠܟ݂ܽܠ ܕ݁ܳܐܡܰܪ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܕ݁ܚܳܙܶܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ
ܐܳܬ݂ܘܳܬ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܥܳܒ݂ܶܕ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ܂

.And when the people who were there heard his discourse, they gave ear to him, and acquiesced in all that he said; because they saw the signs which he wrought
7 ܣܰܓ݁ܺܝܶܐܐ ܓ݁ܶܝܪ ܕ݁ܰܐܚܺܝܕ݂ܳܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܝ ܠܗܽܘܢ
ܪܽܘܚܶܐ ܛܰܢܦ݂ܳܬ݂ܳܐ ܩܳܥܶܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܒ݁ܩܳܠܳܐ ܪܳܡܳܐ ܘܢܳܦ݂ܩܳܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܝ ܡܶܢܗܽܘܢ ܘܰܐ݈ܚܪܳܢܶܐ
ܡܫܰܪܰܝܳܐ ܘܰܡܚܰܓ݁ܪܶܐ ܐܶܬ݂ܰܐܣܺܝܘ܂

.For many who were possessed by unclean spirits, cried with a loud voice, and came out of them: and others, who were paralytic and lame, were healed
8 ܘܚܰܕ݂ܽܘܬ݂ܳܐ ܪܰܒ݁ܬ݂ܳܐ ܗܘܳܬ݂ ܒ݁ܗܳܝ
ܡܕ݂ܺܝܢ݈ܬ݁ܳܐ܂

.And there was great joy in that city
9 ܐܺܝܬ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܬ݁ܰܡܳܢ ܓ݁ܰܒ݂ܪܳܐ ܚܰܕ݂ ܕ݁ܰܫܡܶܗ ܣܺܝܡܳܘܢ
ܕ݁ܰܥܡܺܝܪ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܠܶܗ ܒ݁ܳܗ ܒ݁ܰܡܕ݂ܺܝܢ݈ܬ݁ܳܐ ܙܰܒ݂ܢܳܐ ܣܰܓ݁ܺܝܳܐܐ ܘܰܒ݂ܚܰܪܫܰܘܗ݈ܝ ܡܰܛܥܶܐ
ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܠܥܰܡܳܐ ܕ݁ܫܳܡܪܳܝܶܐ ܟ݁ܰܕ݂ ܡܰܘܪܶܒ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܢܰܦ݂ܫܶܗ ܘܳܐܡܰܪ ܕ݁ܶܐܢܳܐ ܐ݈ܢܳܐ ܪܰܒ݁ܳܐ܂

,And there was a certain man there, whose name was Simon, who had resided in that city a long time
.and who seduced the people of the Samaritans by his sorceries, magnifying himself, and saying, I am a great personage
10 ܘܰܨܠܶܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܠܘܳܬ݂ܶܗ ܟ݁ܽܠܗܽܘܢ ܪܰܘܪܒ݂ܶܐ ܘܕ݂ܰܩܕ݁ܩܶܐ ܘܳܐܡܪܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ
ܗܳܢܰܘ ܚܰܝܠܶܗ ܪܰܒ݁ܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ܂

.And they all inclined towards him, great and small; and they said, This is the mighty power of God
11 ܘܡܶܬ݁ܛܦ݁ܺܝܣܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܠܶܗ ܟ݁ܽܠܗܽܘܢ
ܡܶܛܽܠ ܕ݁ܙܰܒ݂ܢܳܐ ܣܰܓ݁ܺܝܳܐܐ ܒ݁ܚܰܪܫܰܘܗ݈ܝ ܐܰܬ݂ܡܰܗ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܐܶܢܽܘܢ܂

.And they acquiesced in him, because for a long time he had astonished them by his sorceries
12 ܟ݁ܰܕ݂
ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܗܰܝܡܶܢܘ ܠܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܕ݁ܰܡܣܰܒ݁ܰܪ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܡܰܠܟ݁ܽܘܬ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ ܒ݁ܰܫܡܶܗ
ܕ݁ܡܳܪܰܢ ܝܶܫܽܘܥ ܡܫܺܝܚܳܐ ܥܳܡܕ݁ܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܓ݁ܰܒ݂ܪܶܐ ܘܢܶܫܶܐ܂

.But when they gave credence to Philip, as he preached the kingdom of God, in the name of our Lord Jesus Messiah; they were baptized, both men and women
13 ܘܳܐܦ݂ ܗܽܘ
ܣܺܝܡܳܘܢ ܗܰܝܡܶܢ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܘܰܥܡܰܕ݂ ܘܢܰܩܺܝܦ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܠܶܗ ܠܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܘܟ݂ܰܕ݂ ܚܙܳܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ
ܐܳܬ݂ܘܳܬ݂ܳܐ ܘܚܰܝܠܶܐ ܪܰܘܪܒ݂ܶܐ ܕ݁ܗܳܘܶܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܒ݁ܺܐܝܕ݂ܶܗ ܬ݁ܳܡܰܗ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܘܡܶܬ݁ܕ݁ܰܡܰܪ܂

.And Simon himself also believed, and was baptized, and adhered to Philip
.And when he saw the signs and mighty deeds which were wrought by his hand, he was surprised and astonished
14 ܘܟ݂ܰܕ݂ ܫܡܰܥܘ ܫܠܺܝܚܶܐ ܕ݁ܒ݂ܽܐܘܪܺܫܠܶܡ ܕ݁ܩܰܒ݁ܶܠܘ ܥܰܡܳܐ ܕ݁ܫܳܡܪܳܝܶܐ
ܡܶܠܬ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ ܫܰܕ݁ܰܪܘ ܠܘܳܬ݂ܗܽܘܢ ܠܫܶܡܥܽܘܢ ܟ݁ܺܐܦ݂ܳܐ ܘܰܠܝܽܘܚܰܢܳܢ܂

.And when the legates at Jerusalem, heard that the people of the Samaritans had received the word of God, they sent out to them Simon Cephas and John
15 ܘܰܢܚܶܬ݂ܘ ܘܨܰܠܺܝܘ ܥܠܰܝܗܽܘܢ ܐܰܝܟ݂ ܕ݁ܰܢܩܰܒ݁ܠܽܘܢ ܪܽܘܚܳܐ ܕ݁ܩܽܘܕ݂ܫܳܐ܂

.And they went down, and prayed over them, that they might receive the Holy Spirit
16 ܠܰܝܬ݁ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܓ݁ܶܝܪ ܥܰܠ ܚܰܕ݂ ܡܶܢܗܽܘܢ ܥܕ݂ܰܟ݁ܺܝܠ ܒ݁ܰܠܚܽܘܕ݂ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ
ܥܳܡܕ݁ܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܒ݁ܰܫܡܶܗ ܕ݁ܡܳܪܰܢ ܝܶܫܽܘܥ܂

.For he was not yet on any one of them; and they had only been baptized in the name of our Lord Jesus
17 ܗܳܝܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܣܳܝܡܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ
ܥܠܰܝܗܽܘܢ ܐܺܝܕ݂ܳܐ ܘܰܡܩܰܒ݁ܠܺܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܪܽܘܚܳܐ ܕ݁ܩܽܘܕ݂ܫܳܐ܂

.Then they laid the hand on them; and they received the Holy Spirit
18 ܘܟ݂ܰܕ݂ ܚܙܳܐ
ܣܺܝܡܳܘܢ ܕ݁ܒ݂ܰܣܝܳܡ ܐܺܝܕ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܫܠܺܝܚܶܐ ܡܶܬ݂ܝܰܗ݈ܒ݂ܳܐ ܪܽܘܚܳܐ ܕ݁ܩܽܘܕ݂ܫܳܐ ܩܰܪܶܒ݂ ܠܗܽܘܢ
ܟ݁ܶܣܦ݁ܳܐ܂

,And when Simon saw that, by the imposition of a hand of the legates, the Holy Spirit was given, he offered them money
19 ܟ݁ܰܕ݂ ܐܳܡܰܪ ܗܰܒ݂ܘ ܐܳܦ݂ ܠܺܝ ܫܽܘܠܛܳܢܳܐ ܗܳܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܝܢܳܐ
ܕ݁ܶܐܣܺܝܡ ܥܠܰܘܗ݈ܝ ܐܺܝܕ݂ܳܐ ܢܶܗܘܶܐ ܡܩܰܒ݁ܶܠ ܪܽܘܚܳܐ ܕ݁ܩܽܘܕ݂ܫܳܐ܂

.saying: Give me also this prerogative, that he on whom I impose a hand, may receive the Holy Spirit
20 ܐܳܡܰܪ
ܠܶܗ ܫܶܡܥܽܘܢ ܟ݁ܺܐܦ݂ܳܐ ܟ݁ܶܣܦ݁ܳܟ݂ ܥܰܡܳܟ݂ ܢܺܐܙܰܠ ܠܰܐܒ݂ܕ݂ܳܢܳܐ ܡܶܛܽܠ ܕ݁ܰܣܒ݂ܰܪܬ݁
ܕ݁ܡܰܘܗܰܒ݂ܬ݂ܶܗ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ ܒ݁ܩܶܢܝܳܢ ܥܳܠܡܳܐ ܡܶܬ݂ܩܰܢܝܳܐ܂

.Simon Cephas said to him: Thy money go with thee to perdition! because thou hast supposed, that the gift of God may be purchased by a worldly substance
21 ܠܰܝܬ݁ ܠܳܟ݂
ܡܢܳܬ݂ܳܐ ܐܳܦ݂ܠܳܐ ܦ݁ܶܣܳܐ ܒ݁ܗܰܝܡܳܢܽܘܬ݂ܳܐ ܗܳܕ݂ܶܐ ܡܶܛܽܠ ܕ݁ܠܶܒ݁ܳܟ݂ ܠܳܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܬ݁ܪܺܝܨ
ܩܕ݂ܳܡ ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ܂

.Thou hast no part nor lot in this faith; because thy heart is not right before God
22 ܒ݁ܪܰܡ ܬ݁ܽܘܒ݂ ܡܶܢ ܒ݁ܺܝܫܽܘܬ݂ܳܟ݂ ܗܳܕ݂ܶܐ ܘܰܒ݂ܥܺܝ ܡܶܢ
ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܠܡܳܐ ܢܶܫܬ݁ܒ݂ܶܩ ܠܳܟ݂ ܢܶܟ݂ܠܳܐ ܕ݁ܠܶܒ݁ܳܟ݂܂

.Nevertheless, repent of this thy wickedness, and entreat of God, if perhaps the guile of thy heart may be forgiven thee
23 ܒ݁ܟ݂ܰܒ݂ܕ݁ܳܐ ܓ݁ܶܝܪ
ܡܰܪܺܝܪܬ݁ܳܐ ܘܰܒ݂ܩܶܛܪܶܐ ܕ݁ܥܰܘܠܳܐ ܚܳܙܶܐ ܐ݈ܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܺܐܝܬ݂ܰܝܟ݁܂

.For I perceive that thou art in the bitter gall and in the bonds of iniquity
24 ܥܢܳܐ
ܣܺܝܡܳܘܢ ܘܶܐܡܰܪ ܒ݁ܥܰܘ ܐܰܢ݈ܬ݁ܽܘܢ ܚܠܳܦ݂ܰܝ ܡܶܢ ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ ܕ݁ܠܳܐ ܢܺܐܬ݂ܶܐ ܥܠܰܝ ܡܶܕ݁ܶܡ ܡܶܢ
ܗܳܠܶܝܢ ܕ݁ܶܐܡܰܪܬ݁ܽܘܢ܂

.Simon answered and said: Intercede ye with God for me, that nothing of which ye have mentioned may come upon me
25 ܫܶܡܥܽܘܢ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܘܝܽܘܚܰܢܳܢ ܟ݁ܰܕ݂ ܣܰܗܶܕ݂ܘ ܐܶܢܽܘܢ
ܘܰܐܠܶܦ݂ܘ ܡܶܠܬ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ ܗܦ݂ܰܟ݂ܘ ܠܗܽܘܢ ܠܽܐܘܪܺܫܠܶܡ ܘܰܒ݂ܩܽܘܪܝܳܐ ܣܰܓ݁ܺܝܳܐܬ݂ܳܐ
ܕ݁ܫܳܡܪܳܝܶܐ ܣܰܒ݁ܰܪܘ܂

.And Simon and John, when they had testified, and had taught them the word of God, returned to Jerusalem. And they had preached in many villages of the Samaritans
26 ܘܡܰܠܶܠ ܡܰܠܰܐܟ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܡܳܪܝܳܐ ܥܰܡ ܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ
ܘܶܐܡܰܪ ܠܶܗ ܩܽܘܡ ܙܶܠ ܠܬ݂ܰܝܡܢܳܐ ܒ݁ܽܐܘܪܚܳܐ ܡܰܕ݂ܒ݁ܪܳܝܬ݁ܳܐ ܕ݁ܢܳܚܬ݁ܳܐ ܡܶܢ ܐܽܘܪܺܫܠܶܡ

.And the angel of the Lord spake with Philip, and said to him: Arise, go to the south, along the desert way that leadeth down from Jerusalem to Gaza
27 ܘܩܳܡ ܐܶܙܰܠ ܘܰܐܪܥܶܗ ܡܗܰܝܡܢܳܐ ܚܰܕ݂ ܕ݁ܳܐܬ݂ܶܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܡܶܢ ܟ݁ܽܘܫ
ܫܰܠܺܝܛܳܐ ܕ݁ܩܰܢܕ݂ܰܩ ܡܰܠܟ݁ܬ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܟ݂ܽܘܫܳܝܶܐ ܘܗܽܘ ܫܰܠܺܝܛ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܥܰܠ ܟ݁ܽܠܶܗ ܓ݁ܰܙܳܗ
ܘܶܐܬ݂ܳܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܕ݁ܢܶܣܓ݁ܽܘܕ݂ ܒ݁ܽܐܘܪܺܫܠܶܡ܂

,And he arose and went. And there met him a eunuch, who had come from Cush, an officer of Candace, queen of the Cushites
.who had charge of all her treasure; and he had come to worship at Jerusalem
28 ܘܟ݂ܰܕ݂ ܗܦ݂ܰܟ݂ ܕ݁ܢܺܐܙܰܠ
ܝܳܬ݂ܶܒ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܥܰܠ ܡܰܪܟ݁ܰܒ݂ܬ݂ܳܐ ܘܩܳܪܶܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܒ݁ܶܐܫܰܥܝܳܐ ܢܒ݂ܺܝܳܐ܂

.And as he turned to go, he was sitting in his chariot, and was reading in Isaiah the prophet
29 ܘܶܐܡܪܰܬ݂ ܪܽܘܚܳܐ ܠܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܐܶܬ݂ܩܰܪܰܒ݂ ܘܩܰܦ݂ ܠܡܰܪܟ݁ܰܒ݂ܬ݂ܳܐ܂

.And the Holy Spirit said to Philip: Go near, and join thyself to the chariot
30 ܘܟ݂ܰܕ݂ ܐܶܬ݂ܩܰܪܰܒ݂ ܫܡܰܥ ܕ݁ܩܳܪܶܐ ܒ݁ܶܐܫܰܥܝܳܐ ܢܒ݂ܺܝܳܐ ܘܶܐܡܰܪ ܠܶܗ ܕ݁ܶܐܢ
ܡܶܣܬ݁ܰܟ݁ܰܠ ܐܰܢ݈ܬ݁ ܡܳܢܳܐ ܩܳܪܶܐ ܐܰܢ݈ܬ݁܂

?And when he came near, he heard him reading in Isaiah the prophet; and he said to him: Understandest thou what thou readest
31 ܘܗܽܘ ܐܶܡܰܪ ܐܰܝܟ݁ܰܢܳܐ ܡܶܫܟ݁ܰܚ
ܐ݈ܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܐܣܬ݁ܰܟ݁ܰܠ ܐܶܠܳܐ ܐܶܢ ܐ݈ܢܳܫ ܢܰܪܬ݁ܶܝܢܝ ܘܰܒ݂ܥܳܐ ܡܶܢܶܗ ܡܶܢ ܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ
ܕ݁ܢܶܣܰܩ ܘܢܶܬ݁ܶܒ݂ ܥܰܡܶܗ܂

.And he said: How can I understand, unless some one instruct me? And he requested of Philip, that he would come up and sit with him
32 ܦ݁ܳܣܽܘܩܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܕ݁ܰܟ݂ܬ݂ܳܒ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܩܳܪܶܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ
ܒ݁ܶܗ ܐܺܝܬ݂ܰܘܗ݈ܝ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܗܳܢܳܐ ܐܰܝܟ݂ ܐܶܡܪܳܐ ܠܢܶܟ݂ܣܬ݂ܳܐ ܐܶܬ݂ܕ݁ܒ݂ܰܪ ܘܰܐܝܟ݂ ܢܶܩܝܳܐ
ܩܕ݂ܳܡ ܓ݁ܳܙܽܘܙܳܐ ܫܰܬ݁ܺܝܩ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܘܗܳܟ݂ܰܢܳܐ ܠܳܐ ܦ݁ܬ݂ܰܚ ܦ݁ܽܘܡܶܗ܂

,And the section of scripture in which he was reading, was this: As a lamb to the slaughter he was led away, and as a sheep before the shearer is silent
.so also he in his humility opened not his mouth
33 ܒ݁ܡܽܘܟ݁ܳܟ݂ܶܗ ܡܶܢ ܚܒ݂ܽܘܫܝܳܐ ܘܡܶܢ ܕ݁ܺܝܢܳܐ ܐܶܬ݂ܕ݁ܒ݂ܰܪ ܘܕ݂ܳܪܶܗ ܡܰܢܽܘ
ܢܶܫܬ݁ܰܥܶܐ ܕ݁ܡܶܫܬ݁ܰܩܠܺܝܢ ܚܰܝܰܘܗ݈ܝ ܡܶܢ ܐܰܪܥܳܐ܂

.From prison and from judgment he was carried: and his generation, who will declare? for his life is taken away from the earth
34 ܘܶܐܡܰܪ ܗܰܘ ܡܗܰܝܡܢܳܐ
ܠܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܒ݁ܳܥܶܐ ܐ݈ܢܳܐ ܡܶܢܳܟ݂ ܥܰܠ ܡܰܢܽܘ ܐܰܡܪܳܗ ܗܳܕ݂ܶܐ ܢܒ݂ܺܝܳܐ ܥܰܠ ܢܰܦ݂ܫܶܗ
ܐܰܘ ܥܰܠ ܐ݈ܢܳܫ ܐ݈ܚܪܺܝܢ܂

?And the eunuch said to Philip: I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other person
35 ܗܳܝܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܦ݁ܬ݂ܰܚ ܦ݁ܽܘܡܶܗ ܘܫܰܪܺܝ
ܡܶܢܶܗ ܡܶܢ ܗܳܢܳܐ ܟ݁ܬ݂ܳܒ݂ܳܐ ܡܣܰܒ݁ܰܪ ܠܶܗ ܥܰܠ ܡܳܪܰܢ ܝܶܫܽܘܥ܂

.Then Philip opened his mouth and, from that scripture, began to preach to him concerning our Lord Jesus
36 ܘܟ݂ܰܕ݂
ܗܶܢܽܘܢ ܐܳܙܺܠ݈ܝܢ ܒ݁ܽܐܘܪܚܳܐ ܡܰܛܺܝܘ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܠܕ݂ܽܘܟ݁ܬ݂ܳܐ ܚܕ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܺܐܝܬ݂ ܒ݁ܳܗ ܡܰܝܳܐ
ܘܶܐܡܰܪ ܗܰܘ ܡܗܰܝܡܢܳܐ ܗܳܐ ܡܰܝܳܐ ܡܳܢܳܐ ܗ݈ܺܝ ܟ݁ܳܠܺܝܬ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܐܥܡܰܕ݂܂

?And as they proceeded on the way, they came to a certain place in which there was water. And the eunuch said: Lo, [here is] water; what doth forbid, that I should be baptized
37 ܘܶܐܡܰܪ ܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܐܶܢ ܡܗܰܝܡܶܢ ܐܰܢ݈ܬ݁ ܡܶܢ ܟ݁ܽܠܶܗ ܠܶܒ݁ܳܐ ܫܰܠܺܝܛ
ܘܰܥܢܳܐ ܘܶܐܡܰܪ ܐܶܢܳܐ ܡܗܰܝܡܶܢ ܐ݈ܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܝܶܫܽܘܥ ܡܫܺܝܚܳܐ ܒ݁ܪܶܗ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ ܗ݈ܘ܂

.And Philip said: If thou believest with all thy heart, it is allowable. And he answered, and said: I believe that Jesus Messiah is the Son of God
38 ܘܰܦ݂ܩܰܕ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܬ݂ܩܽܘܡ ܡܰܪܟ݁ܰܒ݂ܬ݂ܳܐ ܘܰܢܚܶܬ݂ܘ ܬ݁ܪܰܝܗܽܘܢ ܠܡܰܝܳܐ
ܘܰܐܥܡܕ݂ܶܗ ܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܠܰܡܗܰܝܡܢܳܐ ܗܰܘ܂

.And he commanded the chariot to stop; and they both went down to the water, and Philip baptized the eunuch
39 ܘܟ݂ܰܕ݂ ܣܠܶܩܘ ܡܶܢ ܡܰܝܳܐ
ܪܽܘܚܶܗ ܕ݁ܡܳܪܝܳܐ ܚܶܛܦ݁ܰܬ݂ ܠܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܘܬ݂ܽܘܒ݂ ܠܳܐ ܚܙܳܝܗ݈ܝ ܡܗܰܝܡܢܳܐ ܗܰܘ ܐܶܠܳܐ
ܐܳܙܶܠ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܒ݁ܽܐܘܪܚܶܗ ܟ݁ܰܕ݂ ܚܳܕ݂ܶܐ܂

.And when they came up from the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip; and the eunuch saw him no more; but he went on his way rejoicing
40 ܦ݂ܺܝܠܺܝܦ݁ܳܘܣ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܐܶܫܬ݁ܟ݂ܰܚ
ܒ݁ܰܐܙܳܘܛܳܘܣ ܘܡܶܢ ܬ݁ܰܡܳܢ ܡܶܬ݂ܟ݁ܪܶܟ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܘܰܡܣܰܒ݁ܰܪ ܒ݁ܰܡܕ݂ܺܝܢܳܬ݂ܳܐ ܟ݁ܽܠܗܶܝܢ
ܥܕ݂ܰܡܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܐܬ݂ܳܐ ܠܩܶܣܰܪܺܝܰܐ܂

.And Philip was found at Azotus; and from there he travelled about, and preached in all the cities, until he came to Caesarea
